In lieu of making any actual posts in February, I’ve been working on getting my old, outdated games page set up on the blog, and I’m just about done with it. All that’s needed to do is add a few more games to the list, dress things up a bit, and maybe convert all the old games to GM8. Assassin’s Creed 2
I was thinking about doing a write-up of my favorite games from 2009, but it turns out that most of the games I enjoyed in 2009 were from 2008 or earlier. Luckily, I’ve just finished Assassin’s Creed 2, and it just so happened to be one of the best games I’ve played in a while. Torchlite: Diablo 3 Lite
After being barraged by a flurry of game announcements on Steam the other day, I decided I’d try out the demo for one of the more interesting looking titles, Torchlight. I was pleasantly surprised with the game, however — what initially looked to be merely a poor man’s Diablo 3 turned out to be a fun and addictive, if somewhat simple, dungeon crawler.
