He also wanted to make sure that SoG2 lived up the name of its predecessor, and he felt that if we rushed to get it done in time for Competition 2, it wouldn't be all that it could be, or all that he wanted. I've not talked to him in a while, but I'll probably be back in touch with him eventually for the project, once he picks it up again. In the meantime, I made a lot of progress in may game last night (I started programming the engine and making graphics last night). I might post some screens up tonight if I can get some playable stuff into the engine by then. SoG2 was put on hold a while ago so Mr. Chubigans could focus on another project.
